Option 1 - 100 Volley Challenge
Take the Andy Murray 100 volley challenge. You will need a partner for this and a bit of space. Perform 100 volley's without dropping the ball. If this is too hard, try it with a bounce! That’s alright too! If you can't get to 100 send in the video of your highest score.
Option 2 - Rapid Volley
Watch Roger Federer as he volleys non stop against the wall standing only 1 racket away from the wall! How many can you do in 1 minute? If you find the distance too close, you can double it and try again. Video your attempts and send the best one to us.
Option 3 - Double Wall - Advanced Challenge!
Can you copy this stunt? How long can you keep the volley going against two walls? ASK PERMISSION FROM YOUR PARENTS BEFORE ATTEMPTING THIS ONE!
You've seen all three challenges now, pick an option, video it and show us what you can do with a tennis racquet.
